2. Services Offered

John Printing provides online printing services, including but not limited to business card printing, flyer printing, banner printing, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to place orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by John Printing.
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
  • We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI & Net Banking.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation not possible. In rare cases, if cancellation is possible, there will likely be a cancellation fee.

5. Artwork and Content

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the artwork you submit.
  • You warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the artwork.
  • We are not responsible for errors in your artwork.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that is unlawful, offensive, or violates our policies.
  • We are not responsible for any copyright violations caused by customers uploaded artwork.
  • You grant John Printing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your artwork for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • All images are shown for illustrative purpose only.
  • Upto 5% wastage applicable, 100% colour consistency/accuracy not guaranteed, since it is printed in process colours.

6. Proofing and Approval

  • We may provide a digital proof for your approval before printing.
  • It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the printed product if the proof was approved by you.
  • Delays in proof approval will delay the order processing time.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos or other evidence of the defect.
  • Refunds or reprints will be at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • John Printing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
  • Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service.

14. Force Majeure.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or natural disasters.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and John Printing with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
